Japanese conductor and violinist Joji Hattori, 54, who came to Vienna at age eight and looks like a samurai from a film by Akira Kurosawa, opened the "SHIKI" restaurant in 2015 on Krugerstraße in Vienna's city center. It is now considered the city's best "Japanese" restaurant and has even been awarded a Michelin star.
