The name of the restaurant is a tribute to the famous architect of Palais Hansen - Theophil Edvard Hansen. It has 40 seats and discreet stucco decorations; dark wooden floors and fresh colours characterize the design.

The strudel is baked fresh several times a day (according to a traditional Viennese recipe,) and served still warm from the oven. If you would like to enjoy the strudel at home, the patissiers will introduce you to their art at the apple strudel baking course every first and third Saturday of the month.
